All our work is conducted through an anti-oppressive and equity lens. However, we understand that sometimes, organizations are at the beginning of their DEI journeys and need more targeted trainings.

The RadLit team seeks to work with individuals and teams as they redefine their their anti-racist, anti-bias identities.

We lead and facilitate cross-functional encounters to build core capacities and infuse learning across the organization.
